Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 2026
Our commitment
86 Empty Seats is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing part of how we build and maintain 86emptyseats.com, not a one-time task.
What we’re doing
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. In practice, that means we work to provide:
- Text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images
- Full keyboard navigation
- A clear, consistent heading structure and semantic HTML
- Readable color contrast
- A responsive layout that works across devices and zoom levels
- Respect for “reduced motion” preferences
Conformance status
We are continually working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Because web technologies and content change over time, and because some content relies on third-party tools, we can’t guarantee that every part of the site meets every criterion at all times.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content, such as our scheduling tool, is outside our direct control, and its accessibility may vary. If you run into a barrier we haven’t listed here, please tell us, it helps us improve.
Tell us about accessibility barriers
If you have trouble using any part of our site, we want to know. When you reach out, it helps to tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using, so we can help and fix the issue. We’re also happy to provide information in an alternative format if you need it.
Contact us
Reach us about any accessibility concern through our contact page, and we’ll respond as quickly as we can.
Updates to this statement
We’ll update this statement as our site evolves. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
